Well his situation has got worse. His original condition is still there. It is important to inform Dla and Is of the change to his condition. Making a fresh claim will not effect your existing claim. I am doing this myself as my partners condition has worsened. I phoned the helpline and was assured making a new claim would not effect the existing claim.0

Just waiting on the etter from his nurse and he has support from his GP so I will send it away and see what happens. As I have said his mobility and care needs have increased so I am not lying. I filled in both parts so that they were made aware of the full picture.0
