help

I think I have just been taken for a total mug!
I made enquiries about an IVA to Debt release direct, who took my card etails from me after giving me all the relvant info, which sounded very legite. They sent round a guy to go through things with us and I handed over all the documents they asked for, Bank statements, payslips, NI number, proof ID etc... No money has changed hands YET but they have all my documents and bank acc details aswell as card numbers, You are probably thinking what an idiot I am, you would be right, I am thinking the same thing! But what do I do now? I will phone bank in morning and cancel cards but how do I get documents back?? Help!
