Requested refund of £815
1st letter back within 14 days of request, offered £190, er thanks but no thanks:rolleyes:
2nd letter faxed
2 weeks letter refund £855!!!!!!!:p
Now I only owe £260 on the card, fantastic:j
I had read so many success stories on here and have been inspired, just waiting for copy statements from Egg and then bring it on!!! Day 40 on Monday tick, tick, tick Egg time is running out!
