Does anyone know yet, if you already have a Hotel Chocolat account (not used for ages), will quidco still pay out?

well, my quidco tracking was the same, as almost all of you- over 9 pounds!
i wrote a letter to the CS, hope to hear something from them :rolleyes:

My quidco said over 9 pounds too. I asked quidco and they said if the cashback amount of a fiver is correct then they'll just carry on as normal - they don't seem to care that they are advertising a different price, or that the company may have added a £1.99 delivery charge without telling us.

edit - quidco says my order is £9.74 but they have charged my card £9.95

Got my box through today - it's massive. Haven't opened it yet though. Goes out of date 1st of December.

I was charged £9.95 so I rang them up with the number on saynoto0870, and she didn't know about the offer so she put me on hold and checked the website. She then offered to take £2 off the next box but I said I wanted a refund to my card.. gave her my details and she put it through.

Not going for the next box though :P

I have just received my box too (solid) the box is massive! Me and OH have tasted most of them already and now feel a bit sick!

I too got charged the £2 extra and have yet to phone them, Can't be bothered but will do it soon!

I went for the solid blocks and this is such nice chocolate! I found that I ate less of it too, compared to cheaper chocolate.

Three of the blocks were in wrappers, so I am keeping 2 of them to give for xmas.

Got mine today, mine expire 1 jan - eaten 2 already. lol.

Checked quido and overcharged, phoned and they offered £2 off next order I said no please put it back on my card now please which they did.

well you've all tempted me into this too....can't wait to get them now. BTW has anyone had bother cancelling the membership of the tasting club? Just in case!!
