Hi All,
We have been offered a gesture of goodwill from Natwest credit card for £1500 for the full amount of PPI we have paid to date. Despite this i wrote again asking for the signed agreement and terms and conditions which i have asked for several times already.
They have finally written back admitting they 'do not hold a copy of our signed agreement' and again said they will pay £1500 as a gesture.
Can anybody advise what we should do next, or should we just accept the £1500?

Hi there
Good news on the goodwill gesture.....:T  , however I know I would like to know what is what with the calculations on this as well before accepting it.
If this finance was taken out over the last 6 years, yes they should have a copy to supply you with, if its still within the 6 years, maybe you should ring the Information commissioners office (ICO) who will be able to help you here in this situation, they bound to have something to work on to pay you out and I would ask them how they are actually working this out, in case your missing out on lots more dough here.
ICO here:

You should find contact details on the above link I added, good luck with this and let us know how you get on, cheers.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
