    Well if you want to pay then do so but I would certainly at least be looking for some assurances you won't have eventually paid twice.

    that letter is appalling as it fails to address the matter of payment at all.

    Yes the letter is pretty generic and an obvious template, i just find it really infuriating when i wrote the letter with both PCN numbers as subjects they decide to just reply about one. It almost seems like they're intentionally taking the p.

    I'm assuming that since they have not taken payment when i paid with my debit card, they are not authorised to take payment any other time? would i be correct in thinking so otherwise it's stealing?
