hi got a letter out of the blue from claims financial, never heard of them so has anyone ever heard or used them,or recommend one to reclaim my charges

In the past I have had several e-mails from claims financial, until recently I ignored them all.
Last week I emailed them what I was wanting to claim for and they said they would send out pack.
Im still waiting.............................0
