Couple of things. You didn't win your claim in respect of the bank account. They would have settled it.
Second - what do you want to do? How much are you claiming? On what basis?0 -
I didnt win my claim i got money back from a company i claimed from therfor i got sumthing back so i did win ?
Im claiming for the exact same as my bank account chargesBetter to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.0 -
That doesn't give much to go on does it? What were the charges? What is your claim?
And no - to me "win" means it was contested and you won the contest. In your case, they settled. No contest.0 -
i contested in writing , statin the facts and reasons how , if they objected they wouldnt have gave me it like that and they would then have took me to courtBetter to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.0

Rubbish. They settled it on a commercial basis.
They are relying on the test case for the true battle rather than hundreds of mini battles.0 -
we could both have arguements for this all night m8 , iend of the day if it was wrong then they pay out if they were right then dont pay out simpleBetter to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.0

Not wanting to have an argument.
You will find that many organisations settle things for commercial reasons.
At least in my experience...0
