Hi all,
New to the site so apologies if i have put this in the wrong place. Im just wondering about this tv as it says its £299 in store on this site. Im just wondering if this is still the case as i rang up a branch today and i asked for the instore price, the man said he " thinks " its £399. Im just wondering if anybody can tell me if they are still £299.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers Sophie.

Think it is £399 as this is the one:

The one for £299 is a 26"0 -
Be very wary of unbranded supermarket televisions. They have a poor reputation for reliability - which can make them an expensive false economy.
At least try to discover who manufactured the thing and establish the warranty position before parting with any money.
Richer Sounds is usually a safer bet, if you've got one near you.
Don't laugh at banana republics. :rotfl:
As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

Depends - some will be branded panels underneath, others will be complete a complete POS.
Agree with you regarding Richer Sounds - they are good0 -

Agreed, their prices are often very good, and I've bought lots of stuff there, but... beware the tactics of some of their salesmen.
If you don't do your research in advance and know exactly what you want, they will try to sell you whatever they have most of in the warehouse, whether it's worth buying or not!0 -

Never had that issue - the staff were able to talk through all the options at my local one, with no pressure etc. The manager of another even went so far as to deliver in person to a friends house and help him set it all up. Total cost on top of the hifi was 2 cups of tea lol0 -

the DAB digital radio is apparently £10 at the moment (was £20). A bargain for a DAB methinks.
Also - my brother has a budget make and bought it over a year ago. Never had any issues with it. Check if there's a warranty - if not maybe get a Vistron from Ebuyer if you want a budget one. I think the panel is the same used by some popular manufacturers IIRC.matched betting: £879.63
