cold radiators

Hi,

quick question. We had new radiators fitted 2 years ago by a plumber, end of last year we fitted radiator cabinets over these radiators. Question is one older radiator upstairs seemed to completly stop working last year, just cold when the others are on, and the newer radiators have never been as hot as the other old ones, espcially now. When I touch them they only seem cold-warm whilst the other radiators are hot (except the one that has stopped working). they are the right BUP (or whatever the letters are the correct wattage for the room). Any advice?????

Several things come to mind, have you bled the cold radiators, also was the system balanced, and I take it that your sytem was powerful enough to run the amount of radiators you have,
