Hi Alfie
If you have no paperwork Lloyds should be able to supply you with a copy of the agreement, I would contact them to ask them if they make a charge for this, normally there is a charge of £1 postal order payment, then put it into writing, they generally have 12 days to what I know of, you could also ask them in writing to send you calculations of the PPI to your credit card.
Do you have any monthly statements on these still?
Is this actual account still active?
Like my other post, an SAR come come in handy for over the last 6 years of information, if you have nothing it may be another option, but they may send you the calculations of this free, ask them first Alfie, see what they say, then we can take it from there, but you can still continue to reclaim if you feel you were mis sold the ppi while waiting for the information if you really require the information that is.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
i have some old statements with no ppi on them, these go back to 03,,, i also have more recent statement from 07 with ppi on it for the same cc also the card is closed.....thank you again for your help....0
