We have central heating cover with homeserve.they came down today to replace the diverter,it was explained to me that the system needed a powerflush and they would not reinsure it untill this had been done and the neccessary paperwork sent to them.I have asked a friend who is a corgi reg plumber about doing this for me.he has told me that he does not have a machine but he could remove each rad and flush it.My question is would this be enough for the insureance and what paperwork is it they need would the reciept be enough

Good evening: You could rent a powerflush machine for your mate to use: an invoice from him detailing the works should be sufficient. (The OH has his own machine and did this for a mate's mate who was also with Homeserve).
