Fidelity MoneyBuilder Income vs Income Gross

Fideity offer MoneyBuilder Income & MoneyBuilder Income Gross.
MoneyBuilder Income pays dividends monthly, which if the option to pay out is not taken are used to repurchase units in the fund.
Q - How does MoneyBuilder Income Gross (ISA) do it?
They both seem to have the same price.
Same goes with Extra Income Gross (ISA), their website is unclear - not checked the Key Features document yet. These are very old fund holdings (bought when currency was stone and probably worth more!).
Thanks.
