one of the nose-pads broke off my specs - i called to a local opticians n the snooty girl said as i didnt purchase them from there the pads would be £5.00 each.
she then said she didnt have a pair and couldnt help me... :-[
so today i called into vision express
the girl took them away and returned them 2 mins later with 2 new nose pads on!
FREE OF CHARGE
whilst i did purchase them from vision express, they arent their own make n the girl didnt even ask if i bought them there...
excellent service ! i will defo go back for my new pair.
