Renting..Credit Checks..but have Guarantor

Probably because they will charge £100 for you and £100 for your partner to do a credit check that they know the results of, plus the cost of the guarentors credit check.
Sorry but just moved out from a letting agents properties and the fees they charge are crazy! Credit checks cost them £4.
also, incase your hasnt told you, the day I went to pick up the keys, the guarentor needs to also be with you to sign papers to get the keys! Mine ws in America at the time and they hadnt told me!£2 Savers club £0/£150
