Quite good marketing, undercuts M&S's headline £20 offer.

Have just purchased this offer from the Lichfield store and can say i am very impressed with stock quantities and availability. All Items are stored in one fridge with easy to understand signing. This was so much bettter than the M & S offer which always seems sold out of the items i would like.

Not everyone has a Tesco. My nearest is almost 20 miles away where as i have M & S under 2 mile away and 6 miles to Waitrose.

Steak au Poivre excellent, Chicken in Madeira Sauce good, Dauphonoise potatoes good, wines very good value priced at £5.99, £6.14., desserts good., but Waitrose and M&S much better variety and quality...

    Mmm. Choices.

    M&S...Waitrose.....M&S....Waitrose....

In fact, I really like the wine with M&S but that's 9 quid & I don't care about the rose so Waitrose is cheaper even if I buy nice wine there. I might as well save the extra mileage, go to Waitrose, buy two for the weekend and a bottle of champagne on special from Asda :D

I'd honestly rather eat my own hair than eat that Tesco excuse for food again. Never again.

  • I'm seriously considering this. I never buy ready meals but three courses for a tenner I reckon is very good value and you know it's going to be good quality ingredients. Was thinking of buying steak anyway as a treat. Hope my Mere Green branch has some left!
  • think we may well be having this for dinner tomorrow...even more inviting with staff discount :)
