Additions and an office chair

Purchased an office chair in jan and the arm broke yesterday, rung and complained and they said we could exchange or have a discount, the wait for another was a while and even then not sure..
So i rung hubby and he said to get the discount..i rung back and asked what it was and she said up to 10% and processed it without me saying yes, i then said was there any way of getting a different chair in stock so we weren't without to which she said she had processed it and it was too late..not happy as we got £4.59 knocked of an £84 chair, now showing as £69 and £40 something on their screen..
Was origionally over £100 so i wouldn't reccomend buying it!! It is this one:
