Swiftcover PDF documents - problems?

Is anyone else having trouble downloading their Swiftcover PDF documentation?. I was involved in a collision yesterday and I can't get hold of any of their terms or procedures documents from the website (thankfully I've already downloaded my motor certificate).

I'm not sure if all my 3 PCs are on the blink or whether this is a problem that everyone else is experiencing.

I don't know as I'm not a swift customer.

Hi Mervyn11. I've contacted Swiftcover about the problem so I'll see if they can rectify it. If an online insurer won't give me access to my own documentation then I consider it a problem! Thanks for your efforts.
