Hi Alfie
How long ago did you take this out?
Write to them and ask if they are able to send out the calculations for this, they may suggest that you do a SAR - Subject Access Request where all information they have on you going back as far as 6 years should be provided by 40 days, but there is a charge this way of £10 cheque or postal order payment.
If you check on these threads you will find a SAR thread with a template letter, delete what does not occur to you, and its wise to post by recorded delivery.
But see is they could actually supply you this free of charge first, of the calculations, if this is all you require for now.
Good luck.

I see, well in regards of the SAR (Subject Access Request) they tend to only go back 6 years, some are lucky to receive documentation going back even further than 6 years, but you cannot bank on it.
However, its still worth asking them first to see if they can supply anything to you free of charge in regards of the calculations of this.
We shall take it from there, and hope for the best.
Otherwise maybe someone else will post up with other suggestions, good luck Alfie we will do our best to help where we can.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
