Making ASU claim after redindancy..help!

Have been looking around forums but I can’t find this information. Does anyone know what sort of information insurance companies are requesting from employer and from employee when the policy holder is making a claim (after redundancy) for ASU (Accident, Sickness and Unemployment) or MPPI (Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance)??

Contact your Insurer and get the claim registered asap, they will tell you what information you need to get from your employer etc.

Make sure you register the claim asap as it can sometimes mean you lose out on some of the payments or delay your claim if you don't and your Insurers will be snowed under with claims at the moment so the sooner you register it the better

Proof thats it's a proper redundancy and that it was not known before policy taken/ within exclusion period.
