    vertbaudet?
  • Hi

I made mine from a duvet/ pillow set from asda - cost around £5 ish per set!

One cut down duvet made a cot bumper and duvet cover (I already had a cot duvet - that I made by chopping up an old adult duvet - the ones I found to buy were not thickenoughfor my liking)

    HTH

We've recently done our sons room in the transport stuff from NEXT. They do curtains, quilt covers, lampshades, rugs, storage boxes etc etc...it's a LOVELY range!!

DS2 had a cot bed and we just used a standard single quilt, folded under the mattress at the bottom. Never had a problem!! Saves buying a cot quilt now and then a single quilt in a couple of years!

    See the range at:

I love the NEXT range but its just too busy his room is very small.
And im really not good at sewing and would like to get a range that had a matching border of stick-arounds.
    Any other ideas?

DS2's room also quite small, but works well with NEXT range -you can just order a border and I think they also (might) do stickers.

Just remembered that Wilkinson also have some kind of 'transport' range of bedding/borders etc..they also do stick-arounds!!!

I have just decoarted my DS room - I kept it plain apart from a few things from NEXT so It doesn't look too busy! I bought a plain blind and then bought the bedding from Next - with a plain Blind you can use any bedding you don't have to match it!

I also bought a few thing from Ikea - like a blue star wall light which adds a bit of interest - his room looks great and much bigger than it did with all the clutter in storage boxes under his bed!
