I've won a trip to Edinburgh Castle for a Glenfiddich Whisky Tasting Evening and luxury meal - WOW - here's the menu for the meal

MENU: FIRST COURSE: (please choose one of the following): Red onion tart tatin, glazed goats cheese and roast cherry vine tomatoes (v)
Glazed crab tartlet with thinly sliced smoked salmon, capers and cr!me fraîche
