What was the result of your complaint to the Sony Centre Tightget?

I dont suppose the manager or one of the sales guys was called Mr Taylor, in his mid forties? ....just a wild guess, from the 'possitive spin' thread, which was posted a few days after this complaint thread ??!!

Funny, I picked up on this thread Googling to go to their website, as I'm going in there in the morning.
What a pointless rant, bottom line is, you got a good price.
Get a grip and get over it.
Over the years (starting on the Ashbourne Rd site) I've bought every Sony product in my house and for work from them, always researching prices first, negotiating either over the phone or in person, and have never had a bad experience with them, I like to know that there is a physical store, where, if anything went wrong (which it never has) I can wander in and get it sorted!
If the management of Sony Westfield spot this post, I want a few quid off!

Am I the only person wondering how the OP knows for sure that the Sony Centre staff were lying. Perhaps the wholesale price really WAS going to go up, and then got changed. Stranger things have happened.
