Oh !!!!!!....I am at work and am working hard....:o

Supposed to be going for a run after work but don't want to go...OH being at home is seriously playing havoc with my life...

And he has just informed me that he wants us to discuss 'where we are going in life' at the weekend. Why do we have to have these conversations, can't we just tick along as we do... I hate planning....

Hang on, I get stressed if I haven't planned my day and yet I get stressed if I try to plan my life - how does that work!

Is it because you feel like it's 'his plans' rather than yours Sammy?

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I took my Mum for afternoon tea at Betty's in York for her birthday last year, she loved it!

No, its because its like groundhog day...our friends emigrated to australia nearly two years ago and we want to go too. so we are thinking of the same thing. BUT! he is over 45 so we can't go on a skilled migration visa. I could qualify as a chartered accountant (which is what I am trying to do) and apply but I am cutting it fine age wise.

He could apply for jobs abroad and we could get sponsored. His skills in IT are in demand over there...so in my mind its simple....he should apply for a job in australia OR sell the house and go! But he won't do either.....or he says he will look for a job and I can bet you a fiver we are having the same conversation in five months time....

    I would go tomorrow....

if i left Stonehaven at 2pm, stopping at K for you, say 330, we could easily be in Paisley by 5pm!

pity i have to work, and you have promised your mum...! mind you, we could sit her in the corner at Luc's and see if we can pass her off as one of the girls!! lol!
