New Car Finance - Pcp

I am looking to purchase a new car, a quite expensive one, and I am looking for the most competitive finance package. There are so many people out there offering finance and I want to get it right. I will be buying on a PCP with a large deposit but am looking for the lowest APR on the repayments.

Anyone got an ideas? I would prefer a company which is on-line and preferable has an on-line calculator.

Thanks, Pete

On this type of purchase, with the incentives the dealer gets, from the car maker & in house finance company, you'd maybe getting the best deal, from the garage selling the car.

They may have several hundred £'s bonus, going their way too, depending on time in the month you actually order - so well worth doing your homework, on spec/trim/model, then hit them with your order!!

Peter, if you are acquiring an expensive car then the details below are even more important, as the price range can move even more. The example below was for an 18K Audi. Send me a personal msg if you want the spreadsheet, it also lists the costs runing through your business or as personal use.
The examples below are also relevant whether contract hire, PCP or similar.

I recently emailed lease companies for a price on an Audi A3 1.6 FSi Sport. I emailed about 100 companies (I found a great website here: http://www.contracthireandleasing.com/ - choose Personal or Business on the left).

See the list below to see what they varied by over 36 months.
The package was contract hire (best for business), 3 + 35 payments.

The best provider was AllCarLeasing.com but they changed the price during the application so I moved to Your Fleet.

    The next best were:

ABC Leasing - poor website and no recent accounts at Companies House.
    Your Fleet 125 admin NM
    Your Fleet 125 admin
    City Contracts
    Dynamic
    Cameron Clarke Leasing
    OSV
    Lakeland Contracts
    AMVF
    Autoplan
    Skyfleet

    Total over 36 months:
