if you go into a carpark and change your mind check because you may find you have 10 minutes or so to do so without paying anything! i didnt know this and many a time ive got inside and thought what a rip off and then paid whatever tarrif as i could only see it when i got so far in! but today i forgot something at home so i asked the attendant if they would allow me out of carpark to go back for it and he said you have 10 minutes anyway to change youre mind! just put the ticket in at exit as normal and barrier will lift! this was an NCP carpark, hope this helps someone i think it is good to know as there are no signs anywhere telling you this! :j
