Free flights!! Ryanair

I am sure that I have read that if you buy vouchers there is no charge for using a card and then when you use the voucher there is no loading but the voucher must cover the whole bill with no change. Could anyone confirm this or is it a money saving myth??

If i want to add bags later can i do so online ?
Do they charge for your hand luggage ?

The vouchers are minimum £25 with, as you say, no change so no use if you are buying 1p flights.

No charge for 10kg of appropriate hand luggage. You can add hold baggage later but you would then need to check in at the airport rather than online which also has a charge.
