surfree outlook settings

has anybody got the settings for outlook express for brodband provider surfree.co.uk i have contacted them on many occasions and the email settings they give me dont work i need the pop @ smtp settings

The outgoing mail server is mail.surfree.co.uk
The incoming mail server is usually popmail.tcp.co.uk, if not try the above as well
or get a real internet supplier
