Private Company PCN - advice needed please

Hi, can anyone advise please?
I have received a PCN from A S SECURI-T Ltd, for a breach of their regulations, whilst a vehicle registered in my name was parked at a McDonalds Restaurant. I have read the stickies and would like some expert advice as to whether my decision to ignore the demand for money is right?
I think the notice states that regulations 1-8 (out of 11) were breached: if thats the case then the vehicle must have been VERY badly parked as it was:
1. Unauthorised and illegally parked. 2.did not display a permit. 3.not corrctly parked in a bay. 4.causing an obstruction. 5.parked on yellow lines. 6.parked in a disabled persons bay with no badge. 7.exceeded parking period. 8.did not use the car park premises and went elsewhere at the time of the charge. (bit hard to do that when working an 8hr shift at the said premises!!)
The vehicle was correctly parked within a marked parking bay
The 'parking permit' had expired and despite being informed of this McD's failed to provide a new one.
I had 14 days to pay £70.50 (which ends this week) or £94 within 28 days. Failure to pay will result in a County Court Summons being issued for the 'debt' to be recovered.
I have so far done nothing, I was going to appeal but haven't so far.
Any advice would be appreciated please.

Oh yawn! they never stop. Well known Company. My personal take is as you say - ignore, ignore! PPC experts will be along to confirm.

    Gonna go McD's again?

As Securi-T patrol my local college. Funny thing is, their signs say you agree to receive a penalty notice if you park there. Nothing about paying a penny!

And that's what I'll be paying them..... nothing........not even a penny!
  • I got one of these, it went up to £174. Phoned them, said I'd not had ticket, wasn't driving car that day & didn't know who was & they just said "Alright we'll cancel it then" - result!

You'd have got the same result if you'd ignored it.
