I seem to be having trouble dialling home with my orchid dialler, was set up months ago and i just updated a few settings using cwclient and have tried to dial home but doesnt seem to work.
Anyone else having problems ?

I had similar problems a few months ago .I had to change my phone .the dialler was Ok ,I tried it in a different location but it wouldnt phone home from one location .0

i emailed the tech support and sugested i dial the number with no dial tone, then press the green key on my handset to get a dial tone, the number then dials.
works fine now0
