Hi
Has anyone ever had any success with Goldfish/Barclays? The first letter was sent and we never received even confirmation from them, they are the only ones not to confirm receipt.

So are you saying you have not heard after 8 weeks they are entitled to hun?

Did you post the letter by recorded delivery and was it confirmed by checking this out they receved your letter?

Just double checking on this.

If the 8 weeks have passed and you still not heard I would contact the finanical ombudsman service from here and see what they have to say, they may send you a complaint form through the post or you can download one on their website.

Or you could even ask the FOS to send the details to Goldfish for you because you've heard nothing, its very unlikely they will ignore your case then and the same procedure stands, "8 weeks", or you could just complain to the FOS, see what they say first hun, here are some contact details here
