do you earn interest if you decide to not buy the shares ?0

Farway is right. The savings are held by YBS up until 3 years upon which 2.4 X total savings is paid. works out about 3-4% p/a interest. Although you will get nil interest paid is you withdraw any or all your money before the 1st year ended.
At the end of the 3 years you get the options I stated previously. As someone earlier mentioned I have six months to buy the shares - so going to hold on until the 5th month before I decide. It is most likely I am going to end up buying them anyway.
Remember this was initially discounted by 20% - so just need them to go up from £10 to £12 p/s and to make a 20% return. No savings rate can muster even a 10% let alone a 20% return.
I would like to thank all of you who replied.0
