 site would not accept the £10 code!

As I am a new customer I tried the £15 off code instead, but it refused that too.

Decided today is not my breadmaker day so gave up

I think you'll find the order / code had to be used prior to the 12th Feb

Ordered mine at approx 10:05 yesterday. It's just arrived here at 09:50.

Wasn't expecting it till next week!
  • Ordered mine yesterday morning, received confirmation e-mail that it would be delivered Monday, but actually arrived here at work this morning before 9! Need to go shopping now for the ingredients but I can't wait to get home and try it.

The OP stated 'offer ends 12th February', as did the website. This usually means before 11.59pm on that day.

Also, the new customer code which I tried as an alternative (not combined with) was also refused even though it was still indate & I am a new customer.

if they unable to deliver on the day specified, they try to redeliver the nextworking day.
But i will advise that you check that they have ur correct delivery address just incase they got it wrong.

This is the home delivery free number,if you are still having problems give them a call 08000515506 they are open mon - fri 8am-6pm

or try looking in your back garden, last xmas we brought to vtech smiles from amazon, came home one day to find 2 damp boxes in back garden, where they had just thrown them over a 6ft fence, and they must have been there a couple of days at least because it had not rained for a day or so, and they where wet through, no card or anything through the letterbox to say where they had been put, luckily the things inside the boxes were still ok, Dave
Take every day as it comes!!
