Does anyone know what time "Home Delivery Network" deliver up until - as i've never had anything delivered from them previouslly? Curiously on Great Universals "Order Checking system", the order status was :-
"Delivery due 12 Feb", was showing "Out for delivery", (i've been in all day .... no delivery)!!
Now its changed to "Received at Depot", but is showing origional delivery date "12 Feb" and due delivery date "12 Feb"
I'm slightly confused as to what they are upto - are there any Great Universal / Littlewoods / Home Delivery Network experts/users who can shed some light on this? - many thanks ....0 -
No expert I'm afraid-our nearest HDNL depot is about 50 miles away!! Have web address www.hdnl.co.uk but that doesn't help much-no local centre contact details-I have a card here with telephone number on for the South West that I can pm if it suits your area. Failing that their website does say to contact retailer who sent package to query whereabouts.
Just checked my Littlewoods account that had said "To be delivered today" earlier and it now says "delivered".
Most deliveries I assume are between the hours of 8 and 6pm-we had wondered before HDNL delivered whether the parcel would be delivered through the catalogue 'agents'-we've ordered clothes form NEXT before and there's been a person locally who receives all the orders for a postcode area and then delivers those out and she can arrive in the evening.
Sorry I can't be of more help0 -

if they unable to deliver on the day specified, they try to redeliver the nextworking day.
But i will advise that you check that they have ur correct delivery address just incase they got it wrong.
This is the home delivery free number,if you are still having problems give them a call 08000515506 they are open mon - fri 8am-6pm0 -
Thanks for advice / observations ....
I emailed Great Universal earlier and received a very prompt / polite reply from them. They have my correct address, it would appear my delivery was'nt going to happen today (the system was missleading/wrong), truth would appear to be - the goods have only just arrived at the depot ! Waiting for the delivery Fri now !! :cool:0 -
well my first attempt at baking a loaf was successful, the house smelt lovely, & we've had a few slices today, really lovely.0

site would not accept the £10 code!
As I am a new customer I tried the £15 off code instead, but it refused that too.
Decided today is not my breadmaker day so gave upI can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0
