Standing Order ....Longer than 4 working days....Where is my money?

I'm after some help.....My standing order left my current account on 5 Feb to go to my credit card but it still hasn't appeared off my credit card. I have spoken to cc company and they can't see it anywhere!!! I have confirmed all account details with them and they are correct and the money has definately left my current account. Where could my money be?? How do I go about getting it back or finding it!?! Thank you

Unless payment is due today, I wouldn't worry.

The time required is normally shown on the back of monthly statements. Most providers ask you to allow 4-5 working days for a BACS payment to be credited to your account.

It might be an idea to set up a direct debit to pay the minimum amount. That way, it's the lender's responsibility, not yours, to make sure the monthly repayments get there and on time.;)
