first claimed for charges about 3 months ago i requested for it to be done under hardship ect, this part of my letter to them was ignored totally. i have recently sent another letter to take hardship into consideration, will this second letter be acknowledged ? and how long is the usual procedure ?

From the point you told your bank you are in financial hardship they have 8 weeks in which to agree or not. You can make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman about it.0
