The CSA cannot accept evidence from the 'child' I'm afraid, so it would be a pointless exercise. I would be inclined to fight them on this one because they already have the information from a reliable source that Chb is no longer in payment. What they may be doing is giving the PWC the opportunity to give them the info, and then present her with the evidence they have to see what she says. Nevertheless, I would be writing a complaint asking for them to explain in writing, why the higher authority of HMRC is not taken on board - afterall, if an NRP fails to supply info, they go direct to employers via HMRC to get details - they are good enough then so they should be good enough to close the case.0
