community care grant

hi hI I applied for a community care grant after reading here tht these were avaliable to people on certain benefits,, as my mattress was worn very badly I applied,, Todaay i recivied a letter ststing tht they r gonna give me £155.79,, went to shop to price matteress and its gonna cost £ 199 , i aam quiet happy with that:),,ty for the info i read on here

  • I got a mattress from this company a few months ago, and can recommend them. I know the delivery would be anything up to £35, but you'd still get a better mattress for your money?

  • Colin if you go on ebay you will find a great deal on mattresses. Also tjs has memory foam mattresses for under two hundred quid.

    went to shop yesterday and ordered it a king size tuffley matteress,feels good the little time i had on it ,was £199 and i said is tht the bested price the girl took another £10 of it so final price £189,,looking foward to a decent sllep on a decent mattress::)
