Nice One Co op electrical and AEG

Purchased an AEG washer dryer from Coop electrical 18 months ago, it became noisy on spin so i phoned Coop electrical and asked if they could do anything even thou its out of its 12 month warranty, they said "no problem" and arranged for AEG to visit, AEG needed to order a part which would take 2 weeks to arrive, fair play i thought.
Well 2 1/2 weeks went past when AEG phoned me to say they cant get the part so they will remove and fully install a brand new machine for me.
Excellent service! and its a newer better model!
