I love squid/octopus!!
I would fry them and either put a bit of lemon juice on them and eat away. Or fry them and mix them with something like a pasta.
I'd recommend just eating them on their own though. Much nicer that wayThis is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.0 -
I stocked up on loo roll at Makro the other day 144 rolls should see us through. :rotfl:

I would if it was fresh, but wasn't so convinced with tinned.
The reactions to this thread have made me laugh, and wondered what is the most obscure tinned foodstuff is out there?
Will check out the Eastern European Mini market and the Chinese supermarket on Friday. They must have some funky tinned food.0 -
Eh? This has to be the wierdest question I've seen for a long time :rotfl:But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0

Am I the only one who's worried that if I ate these, the suckery bits would stick to my tongue and then I wouldn't be able to get them off? (I know they wouldn't but there's this little voice telling me that they will ...) It's the one thing that's put me off ever trying anything like octopus.0

There was an episode of CSI once where the 'murderer' had fed someone an octopus delicacy and they suffocated. Said delicacy was a live octopus wrapped around a chop stick in just a way that it could not free itself when you swallowed it... whole...and live! Unfortunately this particualr octopus had been wrapped incorrectly and promptly unravelled itself inside the victims throat causing her to suffocate!
Ahh this thread is making me laugh in so many ways!! :beer:House saving Targets:
