Hi Guys
Havin a few problems with Natwest.
Used to have a CC with natwest which has since been closed.
Wrote off to NW CC with the cheque of £10 for the DPA
They wrote back saying they cant find any of my details of the CC, as I dont have this long CC number myself, So they say they cant help any further even thoe by law they hve to provide me withe the DPA they hold.
What should I do now?
as it seems as if iam at a brick wall now.
Pls help
