Juggling Balance Transfers

in Credit cards
Hi folks, wonder if someone could help with a bit of advice please
I recently received a RBS credit card and I was wanting to transfer my balance from my Mint card. According to the RBS small print, I can't transfer from companies within the RBS group of companies, which includes Mint as far as I know.
This means I will have to transfer from Mint to Capital One to RBS.
If I ring both Cap One and RBS the same day will I have any problems? In other words, if the transfer of funds from RBS to Cap One arrives before the debt from Mint to Cap One, will that be ok?
I don't know how credit card companies are with positive balances.

They don't like them, but I think you can do this. I'd phone Capital One first and RBS the next working day. Are you aware that you will pay 2% for BT to C1?thejuggler wrote:I don't know how credit card companies are with positive balances.0 -

Can't find anything on the Cap One site.grumbler wrote:Are you aware that you will pay 2% for BT to C1?
I know RBS charge 2% unless you are a customer already, which I am

I looked here: http://www.stoozing.com/0fees.htm. I cannot access C1 site recently (thejuggler wrote:Can't find anything on the Cap One site.
). Check your T&C. 0 -
Still not sure if I'll be charged (can't find a copy of the T&Cs at home) but as I've no other way of juggling it around I did the Mint to Cap One on Wednesday. Had confirmation that the transfer has been accepted and that the funds will be transferred in the next 10 days.
Just about to phone RBS now
