(Choses words carefully) I'm a broker and deal with lots of Insurance companies including Highway, lets put it this way I do not recommend Highway to my friends and if I do recommend Highway as they are miles cheaper than the rest I give the client the benefit of my knowledge of Highway, I think you would find most of the brokers on this website would say the same thing.
