Hi all I would like to put some money away for my sister, only if i give it to her she will spend it, is there anyway i can open up an isa account in her name that she will know nothing about until she is ready for it. She wouldn't even consider opening an isa for herself so i know i will be ok to open one only does she need to be there??? thanks
