Please help, advice needed! Damage to property

In june last year, some darling builders who were working behind our house decided to knock my neighbours sheds and walls down! Which also caused damage to my property.
Initially the builders were very good wanting to rectify the problem, after some dodgey workmanship and numerous phonecalls mostof the work was completed.
The problem that i now have is the new guttering they have put on my shed is bowed on my side and the water that is coming off my shed roof is now spilling into my yard, which is causing damp to a wall, my shed and making the door rotten.
I have again made numerous phone calls, emailed threatening legal action (even though i dont no how to do this!)
Has anyone got advice on how to get this sorted?
Many thanks

Have you got legal cover with your house contents insurance? Check it out, lots of us have it and dont realise. If so, use them to send a letter to the builder.0
