hi my brother is currently renting his property the current tentant have now missed two payments how does he go about getting a resossesion notice and how long does this roughly take

be careful with your wording on this one OP. The banks reposess a house. Your brother will be evicting his tenants. Your brother cannot reposess his tenants or reposess his own house. In any case get yourself to the landlordzone website - very informative on these matters!0

He should serve the appropriate notice/s.
He could start with a section 8 notice, grounds 8 (unpaid rent), 10 (unpaid/arrears), 11 (persistently late)
Also, if he can, he should issue a section 21 notice too as a good back up.
