Quote for 3mx3m lean to conservatory any advice?

I have just got local double glazing company in to quote for this and it includes 600mm cavity insulated wall, concrete floor base, french doors, 28mm e glass , 2 openers and multilayer bronze pollycarbonate roof also box guttering and raised roof (kick boarding?) because I already have lean to extention and to give it height and keep flooring level with access from kitchen for £5400 (but might need planning if so cost another £340)

Any thing I should look out for or is this OK.

Thanx for replies will know Friday if I need planning or anything needs changing as surveyor is due.
Just another question is it worth having floor insulation fitted I dont know how much more it is though.

get underfloor heating if you can, we have a panel heater in our conservatory, doesn't do anything, conservatory is used as a place to keep my beers cold in the winter. Our house had the conservatory when we bought it, if I moved to a new house I wouldn't waste my money on one
