VoipCheap and in-numbers

I am generally happy with VoipCheap.
but I am using it mostly for out calls, as once I applied for my in-number I received a non-geographic number (+4456015...) which is really not attractive. Maybe it was too early.
I would like to know:
a) Are they now offering proper geographic numbers to customers for in-calls? [I read so but would like confirmation with a few codes of people using it]
b) has anyone succeded in setting up a voice-mail type of service, where if you are not connected you can redirect calls to an automatic machine taking messages?
Thanks
