Walk v.good, beer v.nice, and neck feeling a lot better . It was the vertebrae having a bit of a twist or something, the massage yesterday relieved the muscles and the Chiro sorted out the spine....and the hips, knees etc!
The Chiropractor is a magician, shes about 70 and hardly touches me but the effect is amazing. Where the problem was feels bruised now though. Thanks for asking.

how mad is this? Today is my non-office day (I do 18.5 hours over 4 days, so literally don't have work today - not including teaching) and I've been contacted by work twice, once by phone and once by email. Neither was an emergency - did I fancy a place on a course next week and could I unlock some classrooms at the school I teach at after half term before I set up my own class in the evening.
At the end of the day, I'm only a £7.50 per hour admin. monkey when I have my office 'head' on , weird that they feel the need to contact me so readily!"Stay Wonky":D
