Hi all, again...
Bookie, cant be a lot of help on the forms...apart from being brutally honest an making sure that you weght it in YOUR favour. If it is for a Business debt then the Court SHOULD ( magic word that ) take into account that the Lender was making a decision based upon your Business, sole trader or not, and therefore should accept the element of risk in doing so. Good luck with it.

Funny, I've been bored stiff last 2 days too! Up to date on all housework/ironing etc....even played catch up on DH paperwork-still bored though...maybe I need some retail therapy.....ought to practice piano really...Debt-free...and staying that way...0
